  • Provide data analysis and reports describing the current state of the business, analyzing the fluctuations of business, and providing valuable insights and recommendations to influence and assist management make informed business decisions and strategies based on data.
  • Design the data monitoring systems independently to reflect any changes/fluctuations of business in time.
  • Follow-up on the data analysis of local operation teams in several markets, support the operation effect, and provide the follow-up optimization suggestions.
  • Cooperate with PM/Ops/R D team, promote the implementation of optimization scheme, and bring about the actual improvement and growth of business.
  • Design and maintain dashboards using tools such as Tableau or PowerBI to visualize key data and insights, track key performance indicators, and provide self-service tools to stakeholders.
  • Manage complex cross-functional data and metrics projects and programs in a matrix organization covering a range of areas.
  • Mentor interns and junior Data Analysts.
  • Must have a Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Technology, Data Science, Analytics (any), Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field, and 2 years of related work experience; OR a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Technology, Data Science, Analytics (any), Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field, and 5 years of post-bachelor's and progressive related work experience.
  • Of the required experience, must have 2 years of experience in each of the following: Gathering and analyzing large amounts of data to derive insights in support of business decisions using data mining and analysis techniques, including data visualization, machine learning modeling, or statistical modeling.
  • Designing and maintaining dashboards using Tableau or PowerBI to visualize key data and insights, track key performance indicators, and provide self-service tools to stakeholders.
  • Designing or executing A/B experiments and evaluating business impact through statistical computation.
  • Creating, maintaining, and delivering reports using Excel, and developing, validating, and maintaining metrics to manage and evaluate business performance.
  • Using Python to manipulate data for analysis and prediction, automate data load processes, and optimize reporting processes.
  • Constructing advanced queries using SQL.
