About The Position

The Commas Financial Advisor is a CFP® professional who owns and leads a defined group of client relationships. This is a hands-on, client-facing role. You are responsible for guiding clients through financial decisions, leading meetings, and ensuring consistent follow-through across planning, investments, and ongoing service. Commas helps high-earning professionals and young families bring clarity and confidence to their growing financial lives. The work often centers around real-world decisions like managing cash flow, navigating equity compensation, and planning for the future while still in the accumulation phase. This role is best suited for someone who enjoys building relationships, can stay organized across a meaningful number of client interactions, and takes pride in delivering a high level of service over time. Commas is built for people who are doing well financially but want to be more intentional with their money. We help clients get organized, make better decisions, and feel confident about where they’re headed. Behind the scenes, we’ve built systems and internal tools that support advisors and create a more consistent client experience. The goal is to make it easier to deliver high-quality advice in a structured and efficient way. We’re continuing to invest in how we operate, and advisors at Commas are part of that evolution.
