About The Position

We are seeking a talented Software Engineer to join our team and work on the trading floor. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Python or C# and Javascript (React or Angular) and be passionate about developing new features for their trading platforms.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in object-oriented programming C# or Python
- 2+ years working with React or a similar modern frontend framework
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Curious, adaptable, and comfortable learning new domains
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environments
- Basic finance knowledge or willingness to learn (Repo, Collateral, Triparty)
Nice To Haves
- Exposure to trading floor environments is a plus
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, event-driven architectures, DDD, or VBA is a plus
Responsibilities
- Review and analyze business and technical requirements
- Design, build, and support front-office web applications (frontend & backend) using a modern stack
- Deliver scalable solutions that meet user needs and deadlines
- Troubleshoot issues, provide efficient fixes, and document solutions
- Own application streams with a high level of autonomy
- Participate in testing to ensure application quality and stability
- Proactively suggest improvements to processes and tooling
- Lead the modernization of Excel-based tools while supporting existing workflows during transition
