Command Move Coordinator
About The Position
BlueWater Federal is looking for a Command Move Coordinator to support the Navy Yard As a Command Move Coordinator, you will assist with the execution of staff movements to include Transfers, Intro and Exit move requests. You will coordinate w/ various Command Directorates and PEO’s to ensure connectivity and VOIP are configured accurately and documented w/I our internal system. You will ensure all space occupancy and seat configurations are executed and comply with Zoning Authority standards. You will assist w/ troubleshooting connectivity and VOIP issues.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Logistic Management experience
- Proficient in MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Word
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Archibus is preferred
- Active DOD Public Trust is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Execute personnel moves in Archibus (Workplace Management System). Maintain Archibus database.
- Establish and adapt SOPs (standard operating procedures) to optimize workflow.
- Manage NMCI/NNPI/VOIP circuits in Circuit Builder, NAVSEA phone extensions
- Liaison to NAVY IT for port activations; manage IT/VOIP circuits in Telecom Console
- Manage IT/NNPI/VVOIP circuits in Circuit Builder
- Assist in IT connectivity troubleshooting with all ACIOs across the Command
- Track NAVFAC projects on the horizon.
- Interface with a network of offices such as Security, Safety, IT, NAVFAC, Fire Marshall, etc.
- Execute various programmatic administrative duties.
