Position Summary The Command Center Aviation Intern will support the development of structured training documentation and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for multiple aviation-related roles. This role focuses on translating operational processes into clear, accurate , and compliant documentation. This internship is ideal for students with aviation backgrounds who are interested in operations, documentation, safety systems, or aviation management. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Training & Documentation Development Create structured training documents for three separate aviation roles Develop clear, concise quick reference guides Draft and revise Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Ensure documentation aligns with company policies and operational standards Regulatory & Operational Alignment Interpret FAA guidance and integrate regulatory requirements into documentation Ensure terminology and procedures reflect aviation safety culture Validate that processes are clearly structured and logically organized Process Organization & Improvement Review existing procedures and identify areas for clarity and consistency Structure complex operational workflows into user-friendly formats Revise documentation based on stakeholder feedback Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with Aviation Operations and Command Center teams Gather input from subject matter experts Present drafts and incorporate feedback efficiently What You’ll Learn Aviation operational documentation within a healthcare logistics setting FAA-aligned process structuring and compliance considerations Best practices in training material development How aviation safety culture translates into written procedures Cross-functional collaboration in a mission-critical environment Every Organ Wasted is a Life Not Saved.
