About The Position

Summit Club is seeking a Comfort Station Attendant to join the Food and Beverage Service Department. The Comfort Station Attendant plays a key role in delivering an exceptional experience for our members and guests by providing outstanding service at our golf course comfort stations. This position is responsible for maintaining a warm, welcoming atmosphere while ensuring that each station is fully stocked, clean, and organized. As a Comfort Station Attendant, you will be an integral part of the Discovery Land Company experience, creating memorable moments for members while working in a beautiful, relaxed outdoor setting.

Requirements

  • Must possess or be able to obtain a valid SNHD Food Handler’s Card and TAM (Alcohol Awareness) Card & Sheriffs Card.
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays, based on business needs.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs as needed.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in bartending, hospitality, or food & beverage service preferred.
  • Strong ability to interact with and build relationships with members and guests.
  • Knowledge of cocktail preparation, wine, and beer service preferred.
  • Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining a high standard of service.
  • Familiarity with food safety and sanitation procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver Exceptional Member Service o Provide a warm, engaging, and personalized experience to all members and guests.
  • Anticipate and fulfill member needs while maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor Bartending & Beverage Service o Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and other beverages responsibly and in accordance with club standards.
  • Ensure all beverages are served with consistency and meet the highest quality standards.
  • Comfort Station Management o Open and close assigned comfort stations daily, ensuring all areas are neat, organized, and stocked.
  • Maintain proper inventory levels of snacks, candies, and beverages, restocking as needed.
  • Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines while handling food and beverages.
  • Assist with simple food preparation and cooking of menu items as required.
  • Cleanliness & Organization o Always maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the station.
  • Monitor and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality.
  • Team Collaboration o Work closely with the management to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service.
  • Communicate any needs, shortages, or member feedback to management.
