Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional HVAC-related certifications preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HVAC sales or a related field
  • Strong understanding of HVAC systems, products, and industry standards
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to assess customer needs and recommend appropriate HVAC solutions
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required
  • Ability to conduct in-home and on-site consultations with professionalism

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough consultations with potential clients to assess their HVAC needs and preferences.
  • Provide expert advice on HVAC systems, products, and services to meet the specific comfort needs of customers.
  • Prepare and present detailed proposals and cost estimates for HVAC installations, upgrades, or maintenance services.
  • Educate customers on energy efficiency options and recommend solutions that align with their budget and comfort requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular follow-ups and exceptional customer service.
  • Collaborate with the installation and service teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated with the latest HVAC technologies, trends, and regulations to offer informed recommendations.
  • Track and report on sales activities, targets, and results to management.
  • Attend industry events, workshops, and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
