About The Position

We have an immediate need for an enthusiastic, self-motivated HVAC Comfort Advisor. HVAC Sales positions require a strong ability to communicate efficiently with our clients, meet sales goals, and provide customers with appropriate products. Requirements

Minimum 3 years sales experience (Required)
Strong ability to understand basic technical information related to HVAC equipment
Excellent communications skills
Energetic and passionate about selling and providing excellent customer service
Must pass drug test and background check

Nice To Haves

Some college or technical school education preferred

Responsibilities

Use a consultative sales approach to present options to new and existing customers
Present customer purchasing options including financing
Actively follow-up on all sales leads and customer requests
Provide a world class customer experience with every interaction
Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekdays, evenings, and weekends
Able to work individually and as part of a team
