Requirements
- Proven experience in commission sales, preferably in a related industry
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn CRM software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Responsibilities
- Run leads that are generated by technicians or marketing, consistently closing and hitting KPIs
- Follow the system for comfort surveys and presentations to customers in their homes
- Available to work evenings and weekends as needed
- Additional duties and responsibilities as needed
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, adjusting as needed
