Requirements

  • 3+ years of sales experience (HVAC or in-home sales preferred)
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Knowledge of HVAC systems (or willingness to learn quickly)
  • Self-motivated with strong time management
  • Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude

Responsibilities

  • Achieve first-year sales goals of $1.5M–$2M+, with top performers exceeding $4.5M annually
  • Conduct in-home consultations and design customized HVAC solutions
  • Educate homeowners on system options, IAQ improvements, and financing
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead to close with strong follow-up
  • Build lasting customer relationships and referral opportunities
  • Collaborate with installation, coordination, and rehash teams
  • Maintain accurate proposals, documentation, and financing details using digital tools
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience before, during, and after the sale
