Learn more about us at: Synergy3 Position Overview: The Comfort Adviser will work directly with customers to assess their needs and offer personalized HVAC and weatherization solutions. The role requires strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a customer-focused approach. Requirements

  • HVAC Knowledge: Prior experience or knowledge of HVAC systems and weatherization solutions is a plus.
  • Sales Experience: Proven success in sales or customer-facing roles with a strong track record of closing deals.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to clearly explain technical information to customers and answer questions with confidence.
  • Customer-Focused: A commitment to delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring satisfaction at all stages of the sales process.
  • Self-Motivated: Strong desire to learn and grow within the company, taking initiative to develop expertise in HVAC systems.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain excellent follow-through on leads and customer inquiries.
  • Integrity and Professionalism: Strong ethical standards and a commitment to honesty in business dealings.

Responsibilities

  • Customer Consultations: Meet with customers in their homes to assess their HVAC and weatherization needs and recommend tailored solutions.
  • Product Guidance: Clearly explain the benefits and features of HVAC systems and weatherization solutions in a way that customers can easily understand.
  • Relationship Building: Develop long-term customer relationships by delivering excellent service at every step of the sales process.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with installation and insulation teams to ensure the smooth execution of HVAC and weatherization solutions.
  • Prospecting and Outreach: Engage with new prospects to generate sales opportunities, while maintaining relationships with existing customers.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Ensure that customers are satisfied with their decisions and the solutions provided, fostering a positive customer experience.

Benefits

  • Base Salary: $30,000 annually
  • Commission Structure: $50 per completed audit and Snugg Pro entry 5% commission on completed and invoiced projects
  • Earning Potential: Top performers can earn over $100,000 annually.
