Responsibilities

  • Gain a deep understanding of customer requirements and provide personalized HVAC and weatherization solutions to meet their specific needs.
  • Foster strong connections with customers and deliver exceptional service at every stage of the sales process to ensure their satisfaction.
  • Articulate technical details about heating and cooling systems and weatherization in a manner that is clear and easily understandable for customers.
  • Conduct comprehensive consultations to guide customers in selecting heating and cooling systems and weatherization that optimize their comfort and energy efficiency.
  • Work closely with the installation and insulation teams to ensure a smooth and successful execution of the recommended HVAC and weatherization solutions.
  • Engage in proactive prospecting efforts and meet with customers in their homes to understand their needs firsthand.
  • Approach sales with confidence and integrity, ensuring that customers are satisfied with their chosen HVAC and weatherization solutions.
