  • Provides research and assistance to leadership in the development and design of new projects.
  • Process standardization, proactive maintenance, and compliance, focused on intelligent automation, AI integration, and governance.
  • Assist in onboarding new platforms into CSRE operations, including inventory validation, configuration tracking, and integration with monitoring tools.
  • Support the development and refinement of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for alerting, patching, logging, and backup/recovery.
  • Participate in the setup and tuning of centralized dashboards (e.g., Zabbix, Cardinal) to improve visibility and performance tracking.
  • Collaborate with engineers to document platform telemetry and operational health metrics.
  • Help identify gaps in automation and contribute to scripting or workflow improvements using tools like Jira, IOP, and internal APIs.
  • Contribute to incident, change, and problem management workflows by supporting data collection and reporting.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree from a United States-based college or university.
  • Rising Junior or Rising Senior only (must have a graduation date between Winter 2026- Spring 2028).
  • Returning to degree-program (for at least a semester) after the completion of the summer internship (meaning, student must be returning to school for Fall 2026 semester before graduating).
  • Available to work 40 hours per week over the course of the summer program starting June 1, 2026, through August 14, 2026.
  • Authorized to work in the United States with no current or future sponsorship needs.
  • Available to report in-person to the work location on the job posting (unless virtual offering).
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts and infrastructure platforms.
  • Basic understanding of monitoring tools, dashboards, or CMDB systems.
  • Experience with scripting (Python, PowerShell, or Bash) and automation tools.
  • Strong analytical and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across technical and operational teams.
  • Base Pay: $32.00
