Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree from Drexel University, with a cooperative learning track.
  • Available to work 40 hours per week for 6 months starting September 22, 2025, through March 27, 2026.
  • Authorized to work in the United States with no current or future sponsorship needs.
  • Available to report in-person to the work location on the job posting.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparing financial reports analyzing data for management review, including daily refreshes of the Income Statement (P&L) and Balance Sheet during the monthly close cycles.
  • Ensure assigned balance sheet accounts are accurately stated based on compiled reconciliation procedures and agreement with source documents.
  • Enter monthly recurring and/or one-time journal entries to properly record accounting transactions, ensuring that journal entries have proper back up to substantiate the entry.
  • Participate in and/or coordinate meetings, and review financial statements for operating trends and results.
  • Compile General Ledger detail reports to support various functions across the Product Support team.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
