  • Assisting in the design, implementation, and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines for AI/ML models.
  • Supporting the deployment and monitoring of AI applications in cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Contributing to the automation of infrastructure provisioning and management.
  • Helping to optimize model training and inference workflows.
  • Collaborating with data scientists and machine learning engineers to ensure smooth model integration.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to infrastructure and application deployment.
  • Researching and evaluating new tools and technologies to improve our DevOps and AI capabilities.
  • Exploring the development of an agentic AI system that integrates with observability tools like Kibana, Grafana, and OpenTelemetry to enhance triaging and application reliability metrics.
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of DevOps concepts (e.g., version control, automation, continuous integration).
  • Familiarity with at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Bash).
  • Exposure to cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
  • An interest in or basic knowledge of machine learning concepts and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with observability tools such as Kibana, Grafana, or OpenTelemetry is a bonus.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong desire to learn.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
