Responsibilities

  • Engage in regular meeting touchpoints with business partners
  • Support in questionnaire and discussion guide development
  • Perform quality assurance checks for screeners and survey links
  • Analyze quantitative and qualitative data using a variety of market research tools
  • Assist in reporting and building data visualizations to distill insights into easy-to-understand formats
  • Adhere to project timelines and regularly provide project updates to the broader insights team
  • Stay current on industry trends, and seek new ways to utilize research to support company initiatives
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree from Drexel University, with a cooperative learning track.
  • Available to work 40 hours per week for 6 months starting March 31, 2025 through September 19, 2025.
  • Authorized to work in the United States with no current or future sponsorship needs.
  • Available to report in-person to the work location on the job posting (unless virtual offering).

Nice-to-haves

  • Familiarity with a variety of market research methodologies, qualitative and quantitative, and their applications
  • Experience with SPSS, Decipher, Qualtrics or other survey platforms
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Looker
  • Must be highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Team player with the ability to build good rapport with both internal and external clients
  • Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills
  • Intellectually curious and inquisitive nature
  • Preferred Majors: Psychology, Economics, Communications, Marketing, Business, Math
