About The Position

Comcast's Central Division is seeking dynamic, self-motivated intern participants who have a strong passion to drive the age of innovation through our immersive summer experience! Our 11-week paid internship program gives participants hands-on experience working with various groups across multiple office locations within Comcast's Central Division. As a member of the team, you will gain invaluable knowledge of the industry, be part of our diverse and welcoming culture, and receive exposure to other areas of the business. Your experience will also include engagement and exposure to the day-to-day operations of a cutting-edge media and technology company, working on creative, impactful, and thought-provoking projects with various business units. You will have the opportunity to network with fellow intern participants through social activities, community building, and Experience Days, maintaining a strong focus on professional growth and development.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Authorized to work in the United States of America.
• Ability to work a minimum of 35 hours per week over 11 weeks.
• Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance.
• Ability to work in both independent and collaborative environments.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.).

Nice To Haves

• Prior business exposure through internships, work experiences, or campus organizations.
• Currently pursuing a major in Business, Marketing, Finance, Analytics, or related fields.
• Interest in the telecommunications, cable, and media industries.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, developing, and executing strategies within Comcast Business.
• Focus on assisting in the implementation process while tackling significant projects.
• Design, evaluate, and implement process improvements including new methods and techniques to maximize resources and improve operational efficiencies.
• Analyze metrics to identify trends, areas of opportunity, training needs, etc.
• Assist in coordinating marketing and communications campaigns, promotions, and programs.
• Consolidate data reports to help drive data-based strategic decision making.
• Coordinate various projects and assignments with the team and other departments.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
