About The Position

The position is responsible for directing and monitoring the sales of integrated communication structures to small-to-medium business customers, aiming to maximize sales revenues and meet corporate objectives. The role involves leading and developing managers and supervisors in the field, providing leadership across multiple functional areas, and ensuring the appropriate resources are in place to achieve financial and business goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred, or a combination of coursework and experience, or extensive related professional experience.
  • 10+ years of relative work experience in sales management or a related field.
  • Excellent knowledge of the company's products/services, pricing practices, and selling skills.

Responsibilities

  • Develops a consultative business-to-business sales culture through strong leadership and coaching.
  • Models the Comcast Credo, Touchstones, and Promise to lead by example.
  • Coaches, reviews, rewards, motivates, disciplines, and terminates managers in the field sales, Sales Engineering, and Sales Support areas.
  • Evaluates effectiveness of managers and implements necessary changes.
  • Addresses personnel and performance issues in accordance with Company policy.
  • Oversees small-to-medium business sales deployment of new products and services targeting the enterprise segment.
  • Monitors and prepares reports and forecasts monthly, quarterly, and annual sales results and other performance measures.
  • Develops, plans, and coordinates seminars, sales incentive plans, and other strategies to achieve business unit objectives.
  • Exhibits excellent written and oral communication, interpersonal skills, and organizational skills.
  • Identifies and implements improvements in business processes to increase sales performance and operational efficiency.
  • Establishes and cultivates effective business relationships across functional areas and with internal organizations.
  • Manages and monitors small-to-medium business sales channels within budgeted sales and expense targets.
