About the role Use specialized machinery for industrial welding and oversee machines that perform the same job. Maintain and repair all machinery. Assess welded surfaces, structures and components to identify errors. Follow and enforce strict safety regulations such as wearing heat-resistant gloves, protective masks, and safety shoes.

Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry up to 35 pounds.
• Knowledge in mechanical welding and fabrication.
• Must be able to work overtime when necessary.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge and understanding of turbo machinery repair is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Read, understand, and follow drawings and prints.
• Experience in Tig welding, stick for at least 1year of continuous welding process.
• Ability to manually round out parts using a hydraulic ram.
• Use precision measurement tools and gauges.
• Willing to provide his own toolbox and hand tools.
• Willing to work and train in a high-paced work environment.
