Requirements

  • 2 years plus of relevant field work experience in the oil and gas industry
  • Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
  • Must be 21 years of age or older to operate a company vehicle
  • Valid driver's license in state of residence required
  • Must have DOT Medical Card
  • Immigration Sponsorship not available for this position
  • Must be able to lift and carry 50 lbs regularly.
  • Role is deemed safety sensitive and may be subject to employer or customer drug testing.
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
  • The employee is regularly required to talk or hear.
  • The employee is frequently required to use hands and fingers to pick, feel and/or inspect material.
  • Employee would also reach with hands and arms.
  • Employee is required to occasionally walk in customer field locations which may include inclines, uneven surfaces, and a variety of weather conditions.
  • Employee must be able to regularly bend, stoop, crawl, lay down, twist and push.
  • Employee is required to wear appropriate personal protective equipment including but not limited to shoes/boots, hard hats, or respirators.

Responsibilities

  • Manage installations for the Capillary ESP Spooling products.
  • Uses pneumatic and manual hand tools, bands cable/capillary as it is being installed into the well hole.
  • Demonstrate ability to install downhole gauge and wireless commutations
  • Demonstrate ability to band or clamp capillary and TEC cable with a Forum banding tool
  • Demonstrate the flexibility and ability to assist with other Artificial Lift product lines
  • Develop strong relationships with key customers through frequent and professional communication.
  • Know and enforce compliance with all safety policies and procedures.
  • Complete DOT paperwork as required to include documentation and maintenance of DOT driving log
  • Maintain truck and trailer per Company standards
