As a defense mission professional , you’ll bring your operational, planning, testing, and exercise background to work on projects for the client . You’ll provide program management, scheduling, and planning skills to the growing area of international space cooperation in support of operational security cooperation objectives. You will assist and facilitate the planning and execution of various scenarios challenging partners to work together. You’ll help identify, analyze, and evaluate complex systems, policies, and processes related to foreign threats or space operations as part of joint and combined space missions. Join us. Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience with operational and technical military planning, development, coordination, and execution of Joint, Coalition, and Service participation in Combatant Command operations, exercises, wargames, demonstrations, experiments, operational planning teams or real-world operations
  • Experience with Space Situational Awareness
  • Experience with program management and scheduling
  • Experience as staff at a Major Command
  • Experience with executive level support or protocol, including both domestic and international, and planning, supporting and conducting international level conferences both in-person and virtual
  • Knowledge of Combatant Command planning processes, Joint Publication 5-0 and Joint Publication 3-14, domestic and international space policies, and military space objectives providing interpretation and application to USSPACECOM priorities
  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
  • Ability to create official executive level reports and visualization products
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • Bachelor's degree

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products, such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to plan, support, and c ond uct event planning tasks, such as evaluation of audience feedback, conference coordination, and procurement
  • Ability to support client requirements on an international time schedule and provide surge support based on client or real-world requirements
  • Ability to conduct support to contracting and procurement activities
  • Ability to provide broad support to command driven Boards, Center s, Cells and Working Groups
  • Ability to work with graphic artists
  • Master's degree
  • Graduate of Joint Professional Military Education: Command and Staff College
