About The Position

ASI is seeking a CJADC2 Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support mission integration and enable warfighter decision advantage. This role will directly support Command, Control, Communications, and Battle Management (C3BM) decision-making through operational analysis and stakeholder collaboration, helping drive integrated capability delivery across the Department of the Air Force (DAF).

Requirements

Active Top Secret security clearance (required)
Extensive experience in USAF/USN Joint Battle Management, Command & Control, or Intelligence operations

Nice To Haves

Proven ability to coordinate processes across multiple teams and organizations
Strong briefing and presentation skills for senior-level audiences
Graduate of: USAF Weapons School USN TOPGUN USMC Weapons and Tactics Instructor (WTI) course
Background in: Air Operations Center (AOC) Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) Command and Control operations

Responsibilities

Develop and implement CJADC2 frameworks and strategies for DAF operations
Provide operational expertise to support policy development and execution
Integrate weapons and tactics into exercises, testing, and evaluations
Define current and future CJADC2 requirements
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather inputs and develop solutions
Document processes and support organizational alignment
Prepare and deliver briefings to senior leadership
Support occasional travel as required
