About The Position

Competently perform skilled maintenance work, with an emphasis on mechanical equipment, at a combined cycle power plant. Responsible for preventative, corrective, and emergency maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and/or installation of equipment including turbines, generators, compressors, pumps, valves, motors, filtration, and other auxiliary equipment, as qualifications allow. Installation & fabrication of new parts & equipment for projects. Stands shifts as the Outside Operator. Follow all safety, generation, & environmental regulations to ensure compliance with state & federal laws. Note: There is one position available, and the position will be filled at one of five job grade levels: Combined Cycle Technician I, job grade T2; Combined Cycle Technician II, job grade T3; Combined Cycle Technician III, job grade T4; Combined Cycle Technician IV, job grade T5; or Journey Level Combined Cycle Technician, job grade T6. This decision will be based on the qualifications and experience of the candidate selected, and Tri-State business needs at the time of hire.
