About The Position

Norco is currently seeking an individual to fill our Combination Store Assistant Manager position. The Combination Store Assistant Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of his/her store in the absence of the Combination Store Manager, and assists the Combination Store Manager in performing his/her daily tasks. Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Works with store personnel and clinical specialists to meet all customer requirements Communicates and resolves problems with patients, referral sources and insurance companies Assists in preparing driver routes, logs route changes and driver communication on route sheets as they occur Markets accounts as assigned by the Vice President of the Industrial and Medical divisions Reviews profit margin reports, income and outgoing statements Controls store inventory and expenses Performs other tasks as assigned or necessary

Requirements

  • Ability to effectively supervise and manage personnel
  • Prior sales and management experience preferred
  • Strong organizational and problem solving skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to lift up to 10 lbs. frequently and up to 75 lbs. occasionally, to a height of 36"
  • Ability to accurately enter data into computer and acquire a working knowledge or any software applications necessary to the position
  • Detail oriented
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Working knowledge of home care medical products and supplies
  • Working knowledge of welding, gases and supplies
  • Ability to stand and/or sit for extended periods of time
  • Valid Driver's License

Responsibilities
