This is an on-call position and may be scheduled to work 0-40+ hours per week based on business need. Supporting the Hotel's restaurant and banquet operations, you'll be responsible for sorting and cleaning/washing dirty pots, dishes, utensils, and other equipment used in food preparation, presentation, and consumption. Additionally, you'll be part of a larger team in charge of keeping our kitchens and heart of house areas sparkling clean! Each day is different but mostly you'll be: washing plates, glasses, silver and other wares. coordinating the movement of clean and dirty wares maintaining overall cleanliness of food & beverage spaces.
