  • Ability to perform field inspections and identify violations of building codes.
  • Effective customer service skills and ability to communicate clearly both orally and in writing.
  • Skill in using personal computers and applicable software applications.
  • Experience in special inspection or structural observation.
  • Certification in additional disciplines from the International Code Council.
