The Customer Project Engineer (CPE) is an individual contributor accountable for providing engineering support to 3-phase commercial customers over 1000 kW of demand load focusing on complex jobs that may involve ATO, vaults and substation work. This position interacts routinely with key internal and external stakeholders including senior management, the Utility's largest customers, and governmental and regulatory officials. The CPE is responsible for managing the scope, schedule, budget, construction, project closeout and safety performance of multiple projects, with budgets typically ranging from $100K to $25M+. The position is classified as remote hybrid and requires some in-person meetings and customer site visits within the ComEd territory.
