The primary purpose of this position is to acknowledge changes and system events on the Exelon distribution system that cause interruption of service to customers. This includes disseminating information through various channels to meet regulatory, business unit, and corporate requirements. The role involves performing company-wide callouts, assisting dispatchers and shift managers, and working extended hours during emergencies.
