Requirements

Responsibilities

• Contact potential students (leads) via phone and other means.
• Follow IntelliTec student enrollment process at all times to ensure compliance.
• Maintain appropriate contact with all students throughout the entire enrollment process.
• Generate interest in IntelliTec programs through student interviews and tours based on educational and career goals.
• Demonstrate effective teamwork with all members of the enrollment team to meet student needs.
• Facilitate meetings with financial services to develop financial plans for education.
• Accurately complete all enrollment paperwork in a timely manner.
• Schedule appointments with and interview students to determine goals and verify admissions requirements.
• Answer all potential student questions and address concerns regarding IntelliTec Colleges and education.
• Utilize lead database to contact students, schedule appointments and tours, and update information about leads.
• Maintain compliance standards set by accrediting bodies, DOE, and IntelliTec.
• Attend campus Stitch-In meetings to report on students throughout their enrollment process.
