About The Position
Fidelity National Title Commercial Services Title Officer must possess the ability to assess risk and liabilities in accordance with policy provisions, and provide title opinions based on the facts and documentation. The title officer also provides resource information to clarify title opinions and underwriting decisions within the framework of company policies, federal and state regulations.
