About The Position
Position Criteria: Demonstrate aptitude for performing tasks listed Must exhibit ethical practices and be a role model to students Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board may find appropriate and acceptable Performance Criteria: Schedule and evaluate Color Guard auditions Create drill/choreography and schedule rehearsals as needed Attend all summer obligations including (but not limited to) rehearsals and band camp Schedule and attend morning rehearsals during marching season Attend contests and parades as appropriate Manage and order all equipment, costumes, and supplies Collaborate with Marching Band staff including Directors and Percussion Leader as needed Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the District
