About The Position

The Color Batch Maker is responsible for weighing materials and determining the correct amounts to pour into a mixture to produce required solutions. This role involves handling batch making responsibilities across all departments, identifying various colors and mixtures to achieve desired results, and maintaining a clean work area. The position also includes reporting raw material and equipment needs to the Production Manager, assisting with inventory levels and cycle counts, and reporting any color discrepancies to a supervisor. A key part of the role is submitting batch samples to the QC lab for approval before filling. Additionally, the Color Batch Maker will assist other operators and perform other tasks as requested by a supervisor. The ideal candidate should possess great dexterity, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
