Requirements
- Proven experience as an auto body estimator or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of auto body repair processes and estimating software.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge of I-CAR training and certifications is a plus, but not required.
Responsibilities
- Assess vehicle damage and prepare detailed, accurate repair estimates.
- Communicate effectively with customers to explain repair needs and costs.
- Work closely with technicians to verify repair procedures and costs.
- Coordinate with insurance adjusters to facilitate claims and approvals.
- Ensure all estimates comply with industry standards and company policies.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of auto body repair techniques and industry trends.
