About The Position

Collision Customer Support Rep. Balise is looking for a Customer Service Support Rep. for our busy Collision Center.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Experience using Microsoft Word & Excel
• Ability to comprehend and follow instructions
• Basic knowledge of vehicle repair practices
• Valid Driver’s license
• Ability to interpret work scope from vehicle estimates and work orders

Responsibilities

• Communicate and work within house & outside Insurance Appraisers
• Coordinate repair needs for Collision associates
• Update appropriate customer and staff with repair status of vehicles
• Daily interaction with customers, appraiser, technicians and managers
• Communicate processes to vehicle repair in a timely and effective manner to all customers
• Contact appropriate parties for delivery needs
• Track production schedule for vehicles and communicate those targets with customers and collision center associates.
• Maintain continual industry education to keep up with changes in repair requirements and product knowledge
