Requirements
- Previous experience in collision repair or paint prep preferred
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Basic knowledge of tools and materials used in auto body repair
Responsibilities
- Prepare vehicles for paint, including sanding, masking, priming, and cleaning
- Ensure all surfaces are properly prepped to meet high-quality paint standards
- Work closely with painters to maintain workflow efficiency
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety procedures and shop protocols
