At Crash Champions, we believe the difference is trust. As a Collision Estimator, you will play a crucial role in our mission to provide high-quality collision repair services. This position is essential in educating customers about the vehicle repair process, insurance procedures, and their rights as customers. You will be responsible for completing initial estimates and writing comprehensive estimates after a thorough disassembly and damage evaluation of vehicles. Your expertise will ensure that each repair meets Crash Champions' quality standards through in-process quality control (QC). In this role, you will manage each repair throughout the process, keeping customers fully informed and updated on the status of their vehicles. You will provide the best possible experience for our customers, which is a core value at Crash Champions. Additionally, you will be responsible for pulling and reviewing all data procedures with Body Technicians and completing post-scanning for each vehicle in the repair process. You will also handle the final repair order, manage disbursement paperwork, address any exceptions in the file, and ensure that all carrier-specific requirements are met. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess strong organizational and customer service skills.
