The Estimator's primary responsibility is to provide an exceptional and successful customer experience by creating estimates, coordinating repair needs for customers, and managing all communication with customers and insurance companies throughout the repair process. This role involves accurately assessing vehicle damage, documenting necessary repairs and parts replacement on the damage appraisal, and ensuring alignment with all team members to achieve the repair facility's Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). The Estimator is also responsible for ensuring compliance with all insurance client requirements, processes, metrics, and company operating procedures related to customer interactions, repair planning, and delivery. They are expected to provide positive energy when interacting with customers, understand insurance programs, participate in daily production walks with the Management Team, support team members, attend meetings and training, and uphold the company's core values of Honesty, Integrity & Respect.
