About The Position
Caliber Collision has an immediate job opening for a Collision Estimator at their Service Center in Appleton - East. This role involves a variety of duties related to vehicle damage assessment and customer communication. The Collision Estimator will be responsible for writing estimates, conducting process reviews, checking in customer vehicles, completing final customer paperwork before vehicle delivery, finalizing total loss administration, and providing post-repair plan communication, including all vehicle status updates to customers. All tasks must be performed while complying with Caliber's safety rules, guidelines, and company standards. Caliber is a large automotive service provider with over 1700 centers nationwide, offering collision repair, auto glass services, mobile diagnostic scanning and calibration, and fleet services. Requirements
- 2+ years of collision estimating experience
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy
- Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License
- Ability to do consistent physical activity – reach below and above shoulder level, kneeling, bending, and squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs
- Prior experience with CCC1 or similar estimating software
- Advance understanding and knowledge of the repair process/procedures
- Strong sales orientation
- Be able to understand instructions – written and verbal
- Can prioritize competing tasks and adapt easily to a fast-paced environment
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions
