The Estimator's primary responsibility is to provide an exceptional and successful customer experience by creating estimates, coordinating repair needs for customers, and managing all communication with customers and insurance companies throughout the repair process. This role involves accurately assessing vehicle damage, documenting necessary repairs and parts replacement on the damage appraisal, and ensuring alignment with all team members to achieve the repair facility's Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). The Estimator is also responsible for ensuring compliance with all insurance client requirements, processes, metrics, and company operating procedures related to customer interactions, repair planning, and delivery. The position requires providing positive customer service, understanding insurance programs, participating in daily production walks with the Management Team, supporting team members, attending meetings and training, and upholding the company's core values.
