Requirements
- Previous experience as a collision estimator (required)
- Knowledge of estimating software (CCC, Mitchell, Audatex, etc.)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
Responsibilities
- Write complete and accurate collision repair estimates
- Communicate clearly with customers, insurance adjusters, and staff
- Manage repair supplements and approvals
- Ensure repairs meet quality and safety standards
- Maintain organized repair documentation and timelines
