The Estimator's primary responsibility is to provide an exceptional and successful customer experience by creating estimates, coordinating repair needs for customers, and managing all communication, informing and updating customers and insurance companies throughout the repair process. This role involves accurately assessing vehicle damage and documenting necessary repairs and parts replacement on the damage appraisal. The Estimator is pivotal in ensuring a positive customer experience by working in alignment with all team members to achieve the repair facility's Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
