This position acts as the main contact between our Guests and our business. This position is responsible for managing Guest interactions, accurately estimating repair costs of vehicles, explaining repairs and costs, and ensuring timely delivery of vehicles. Their role involves excellent Guest service and strong communication skills. Auto Body knowledge and experience are a plus, though they are not required.
