About The Position

Crain Chevrolet of Little Rock is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Collision Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately assessing vehicle damage, preparing repair estimates, and working closely with customers, insurance companies, and repair technicians to ensure a smooth and efficient repair process.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Collision Estimator or similar role in the automotive repair industry.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle repair processes, parts, and labor times.
• Familiarity with estimating software such as CCC, Mitchell, or Audatex.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed and accurate repair estimates using industry-standard software and tools.
• Communicate effectively with customers to explain repair processes, timelines, and costs.
• Collaborate with insurance adjusters to obtain approvals and resolve any discrepancies.
• Coordinate with the service and parts departments to ensure timely and efficient repairs.
• Maintain thorough documentation of all estimates, repairs, and communications.
• Stay current with industry trends, repair techniques, and manufacturer guidelines.
