The Estimator position at our Slide Rd location in Lubbock, TX, is an in-person role that requires a minimum of 2-3 years of prior CCC1 experience and auto collision estimating, along with 4-5 years of customer service excellence. The Estimator's primary responsibility is to provide an exceptional customer experience while creating estimates and coordinating repair needs, ensuring effective communication with customers and insurance companies throughout the repair process. This role is pivotal in achieving the repair facility's KPIs and ensuring customer satisfaction.

  • Document and update every customer interaction efficiently and accurately.
  • Provide customers with accurate and timely information throughout the repair process.
  • Ensure compliance with all insurance client requirements and processes.
  • Adhere to the WOW Operating Way's regarding customer interactions and repair planning.
  • Communicate customer requests and needs to appropriate team members.
  • Greet customers positively in person and on the phone.
  • Participate in daily production walks with the Management Team as required.
  • Support team members when needed.
  • Attend monthly Health & Safety and staff meetings if required.
  • Engage in training and workshops recommended by the Store Manager.
  • Maintain the store's KPIs by maximizing role performance.

  • Minimum 2-3 years of prior CCC1 experience and auto collision estimating.
  • 4-5 years of customer service experience.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Compliance for DRP's.
  • Minimum of 1-year experience in a related field.
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • Willingness to complete I-CAR Training.
