About The Position

The Collision Estimator at Classic Collision serves as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the vehicle repair process. This role involves preparing estimates, managing insurance claims, and ensuring customer satisfaction while maintaining communication with both customers and technicians. The position emphasizes quality service, integrity, and teamwork within a supportive company culture.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid Driver's License Required.
• Ability to provide clear, concise information in writing, via phone, and in-person.
• Prior collision estimating experience preferred.
• Familiar with estimating systems CCC1 preferred.
• I-CAR / ASE certification preferred.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Successful completion of background check required.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the primary point of contact for the customer throughout the repair process from the point of drop-off through the delivery of the completed vehicle.
• Prepares estimate for customer and/or insurance partners according to manufacturer and Classic Collision guidelines.
• Partners with the insurance companies to manage customers' claims to ensure the best customer experience.
• Maintains communication with customers providing updates on the repair process.
• Coordinates with technicians to confirm all aspects of the damages are identified.
• Maintains customer satisfaction scores according to company standards.
• Performs quality inspection prior to vehicle delivery to the customer.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
