The Collision CSR at Gerber Collision & Glass is responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience by managing relationships with customers and insurance companies. This role involves providing comprehensive administrative support to the Repair Facility Team. Key duties include scheduling vehicle repair appointments using the Daily Demand Capacity Planner and CCC One system, ensuring timely retrieval of insurance assignments, and obtaining necessary repair authorization documents for vehicle disassembly. The CSR also prepares repair order work packets, records all customer and insurance communication in CCC One, confirms car rental information, and manages the ARMS system to ensure consistency with CCC One records. The position requires the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate strong multitasking skills under pressure, and maintain a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. Strong communication skills, basic computer proficiency, and a sales drive are also essential.
