About The Position

We are seeking a Parts Manager at our Collision Center to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information, meeting sales goals, and maintaining an efficient inventory. Collecting & distrubiting parts inventory to collision technicians. Chris Crain Enterprises and its partner entities, strive to be leaders in the car sales and service industry. Requirements

Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields

Responsibilities

Provide information about the products and services
Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
Document and update customer records based on interactions
Document and update parts orders as needed
Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
Distributing parts to technician team members
Issuing Purchase Orders
Oversee Parts Department operations, including sales objectives and inventory levels
