Requirements

• Previous experience as an auto body painter or similar collision center role.
• Ability to work with a variety of paints and finishes.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations related to paint shop operations.
• Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare vehicles for painting by sanding, masking, and priming surfaces.
• Apply paint using spray guns and other tools to achieve an even, professional finish.
• Mix paint and match colors accurately to original factory specifications.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Inspect painted surfaces to ensure quality and make necessary touch-ups.
• Collaborate with collision repair technicians to ensure vehicle repairs and finishes meet customer expectations.
