The ideal candidate for a Collision Body Technician at Fred Martin Collision Center will have experience in the collision industry repairing all makes and models and a team player. Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent
Must Have a Valid driver license
Ability to read and comprehend written instructions and information

Responsibilities

Perform initial teardown of vehicles
Thoroughly inspect vehicles
Read and understand repair estimates, communicate with estimators on any additional damage found on vehicle
Repair vehicles according to OEM, AllData, and I-Car specifications
Experience in all areas of collision repairs including frame repair/replacement, plastic repair and welding
Must be strong in collision diagnosis and problem solving.
Complete necessary training, maintain an organized, clean work area
Ensure customers cars are kept clean and treated with respect
Must be a helpful team player
