As a Collision Body Technician, you will be responsible for repairing damaged vehicles to recondition them to Bertera’s high standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Collision Body Technician or similar role in an automotive repair environment.
• Strong knowledge of auto body repair techniques, tools, and equipment.
• Ability to understand and execute repair procedures from documentation and diagrams.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to precision in all tasks.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

Nice To Haves

• Certifications in auto body repair (I-CAR, ASE, or equivalent) are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Perform accurate and thorough repairs on damaged vehicle bodies, including but not limited to structural components, panels, and other body parts.
• Follow repair orders and ensure all work meets Bertera’s quality standards and specifications.
• Utilize appropriate safety equipment and techniques to minimize risk and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Work collaboratively with team members and communicate openly to ensure efficiency and a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Use tools and equipment effectively to maximize productivity while maintaining a high standard of work.
• Document all repairs performed and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
